Abstract (EN)

This thesis study; considering the essential requirements of telecommunication data centers; It is a guide for physical infrastructure design. Data Center is a facility that houses additional systems such as computer systems and communication and data warehouse systems. These facilities, which are also called server rooms or system rooms, are the areas where the servers and data warehouses belonging to the enterprises are located. [1-2] Electrical, mechanical and security systems are changing according to the importance of the data that is being processed and stored in data centers. Data centers include redundant power supplies, redundant data communication links, air conditioning systems used to cool the systems in the center, fire extinguishing systems, and security systems based on the security of the data against the threats that may arise from the outside. [1-2] In the data center construction, both the plant and the equipment installed in the plant need to make a balanced investment. It is extremely important to establish an appropriate facility environment for the installation of equipment (such as servers, energy systems, etc.). Providing standardization during the physical installation and projecting of the data center creates installation and operational simplicity. Depending on the requirement; a data center may be the building itself or located in only one floor of the building or located on only one room of the building. Most of the equipment (servers, energy & cooling devices, etc.) in a data center which are usually designed in single rows, have corridors between them, as rack cabinets in which the servers are mounted considering the technical characteristics
