Abstract (EN)
Considering the great mass of viewers, which is more than 25 million, watching TV news daily, it should be given extra attention to this profession. Any single mistake on the news may not only cause a big damage on the media institution's prestige, but also it can lead to some societal destructions and harm. Therefore, the reporters, who are the main actors in preparing the news, have greater responsibility of improving themselves, professionally and mentally, to overcome the difficult situations.Because of the great impact of the mass media on the society, almost every big holding has a news channel. Of course, these 24-hour broadcasting channels pursue some benefits from the commercials and seek for higher rates in this Capitalist system, as well. This, indeed, leads them to make more interesting and updated news all the time. These people, who are the laborers and preparers of news on the TV channels, should have some professional and mental features in order to stay alive in this fast, highly consumed news circle of World. Therefore, the TV channels as the employers, do prefer and choose reporters that can investigate, and make reports in any condition and situation, rather than those who make slow and armchair reporting.. Due to these new circumstances, the new TV journalists, that are more investigative, have better skills to get news, and better in the use of technology in making reports, are taking part on the TV channels, instead of those obsolete TV reporters. The required features for these people are prepared by the Ministry of National Education according to the European Union standards of professional proficiency, and given in the vocational high schools. Furthermore, these are getting into the curricula of two-year higher education schools and colleges as a source. These developments show us that TV Journalism is going to start to make change and progress in the forthcoming years.Key Words1.Television Journalist2.News3.Reporter4.Journalist5.Investigative Journalism
