In this Master's Thesis with the headline "News in Television Broadcasting, Elements of News and Problems arising from the Contents of News", news within the framework of freedom of expression, freedom of mass communication and television broadcasting, value of news reports and definition of different types of news reports, information on factors determining the legal compliance of news reports are explained and discussed. Advancing television broadcasting as well as changes on types of news reports, regulations and rules of the relevant self-regulation establishments with respect to types of news reports on television and the relevant legal problems and their solutions are studied in detail.
