Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to the state the effecticness of pivotal response training on making ASD three child gain symbolic play skills. In accordance with this purpose, the research has been Multiple Probe Model with Probe Conditions Across Subject Model which is one of the single subject research models. Teaching process has taken place on two phareses with one of them preparation for application and the other one application itself. All of the phases of the application other than generalization phase has taken place at school but only generalization phase has been done at home. In the first phase evaluation of prefence has been done in order to determine the play to be used in teaching process. In the second phase, beginnig level, instruction, communal enquiry and generalization phases have been regulated as required by the research model. As analyzing the findings of the research, it has been concluded that pivotal response training has been effective on making ASD children gain symbolic play skills and the participiants can generalize this new skill to new environment and the social validity of the research is high.
