Abstract (EN)
Within the increasing rivalry circumstances of today?s market, focusing on the core competence and outsourcing has become an important instrument for the companies. In this study, we tried to state the advantages and application difficulties of using core competence and outsourcing. The study consists of four main chapters including; relations of focusing on core competence and outsourcing, theoretical approaches on outsourcing, the process of outsourcing and analysis of a sample textile sector outsourcing application. In the first chapter, the main concept and the importance of core competence and outsourcing are mentioned. In the second chapter, theories on outsourcing are mentioned. In the third chapter, the details of the outsourcing process is included. In the fourth and the last chapter, we tried to analyze an outsourcing study of inquiry in the textile industry. In the conclusion and the advice section, we tried to make an estimation with the light of the indications we have had.
