Bulding fire awareness and culture through theoretical and practical fire training (review of factory staff)

In this study we aim is to focus on the added values of fire trainings and the importance of fire trainnings in your work life, to be able to apply the right fire extinguishing methods and to survive through fire with the least damage as much as possible by applying the theoretical and applied fire educations given by ministry certified trainers in order to create fire consciousness and fire culture. Theoretical and practical fire trainings are will be given in two sessions, and only will be given by ministry certified trainers. our proposal is to make an exam after the fire training is completed. By doing so the creation of fire awareness and fire culture will be observed. The education method will continuosly be developed by analysing the education video records. It is very important all the employees to take the theoretical and practical to measure the effectiveness of the training by an exam, to create fire awareness and to ensure the life safety of the employees.
