Tercüme-i Cāmi̇ü'l-Hikāyāt li-Semerķandį (Introduction - analysis - text- index)

The original of this study, which was prepared as a master thesis , written by Ebu'l-Leys es-Semerkandî about a Tercüme-i Cāmiü'l-Ĥikāyāt li-Semerķandį. It is not known when and by whom the work was translated into Turkish Language. The work is registered at Istanbul Hacı Selim Ağa Manuscripts Library with the number of 390. This work has the characteristics of Old Anatolian Turkish. The study was carried out on the sheets 61a-121b. The introductory part of the study includes the information about the author Ebu'l-Leys es-Semerkandî, Kemankeş Abdülkadir Efendi, who collected the work and dedicated it to a library and information about the period in which the work was written and the content of the work. In the examination section, the sound and shape characteristics of the text have been determined and these features have been explained in detail with examples taken from the text. In the text section, the text is transcribed. Each paper is given a page and line number when transcribing. In the index section, the pages on which each word in the work is mentioned are written and the dictionary of the work has been prepared in index by giving meaning to the words.
