Abstract (EN)

For the general rule that the legal status of the deceased person will pass to the successors determined in the law, it is of great importance to protect the estate from the moment of death until the actual dominance of the heirs is reached. Failure to provide this protection in real terms prevents the theory of inheritance law from being misleading. Regardless of the share of heirs and heirs, if the opportunities afforded to them and the heir's freedom of disposal are regulated by law, there is no practical meaning in an environment where the inheritance to which all these are directed cannot be protected. For this reason, measures for the protection of heritage constitute one of the most important issues of Inheritance Law. In this study, 589-598 of our Civil Code. The protection measures arranged between the articles were examined as a whole. It is thought that the study will shed light on the application. The idea that the theory of inheritance law should not be ignored and that an appropriate practice should be established has prevailed. At the same time, the study claims to examine various institutions that are also theoretically important in Inheritance Law. However, while doing this, the needs of the application were tried to be taken into account. The study consists of five parts. In the first part, the concept of inheritance and the purpose of determining the estate, in the second part, the protection of the estate in general, the recording and sealing of the estate in the third part, the sealing of the estate in the fourth part are discussed. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the official management of the estate is examined and discussed in the conclusion part.
