Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the thesis is to analyse the crime of the propaganda of terrorism in comparative, international and Turkish Law. In the first chapter of our study, notions of terrorism and propaganda are clarified, then, the crime of terrorism is assessed within the framework of freedom of expression, after it is examined under national and international legal systems. In the second chapter of the study, the crime of propaganda of terrorism in Turkish domestic law is analysed within the framework of the history of the crime, general structure of the Anti Terror Law and the elements of the crime.
