Abstract (EN)
The concept of logistics means a system aiming to deliver the most accurate product, at the right place, at the right time and without any damage. In global markets, logistics activities are one of the reasons for enterprises to gain competitive advantage to each other. While logistics is perceived as a forward-looking activity, reverse logistics is an opposite activity. In logistics, there is more to one unit than one unit, while in reverse logistics there is already one to go. Reverse logistics can be defined as reuse, recycling, and value-added recovery. All these processes are possible through reverse logistics activities such as Product Renewal, Remanufacture, Partial Usage of Product (Product Sanitization), Recycling, Incineration and Burial (Destruction), Direct Reuse / Resale. So products that have completed their useful life or damaged during the production process can be evaluated by putting them into the reproduction process. If this is not possible, products may be destroyed in such a way as to cause minimal damage to the environment. In the theoretical part of the study, logistics and reverse logistics activities, processes and scope are mentioned. In the application part, the questionnaire was applied to the enterprises operating in Erzincan and Erzurum provinces. The obtained data were analysed using the SPSS.20 packet program.
