Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of six chapters.In the first chapter, the fundamental definitions are given.In the second chapter, the joint probability density and distribution functions of order statistics of independent and identically distributed continuous random variables are given.In the third chapter, the joint probability and distribution functions of order statistics of independent and identically distributed discrete random variables are expressed.In the fourth chapter, the joint probability density and distribution functions of order statistics of independent and nonidentically distributed continuous random variables are examined.In the fifth chapter, the joint probability and distribution functions of order statistics of independent and nonidentically distributed discrete random variables are obtained.In the last chapter, the some results related to the distributions of order statistics of random variables are given.
