The miracles of Prophet Moses in the Torah and the Qur'an

The Prophet Moses is a prophet who is highly valued by the Semitic religions of Islam and Judaism. The most important proof of the reality of prophethood in divine religions is miracles. Prophet Moses, who came to the forefront with his prophetic mission in both Judaism and Islam, supported the reality of prophethood and revelation with miracles while performing his mission of proclamation. In this study, the miracles of the Prophet Moses in the Torah and the Qur'an are discussed in order to ensure that the miracles are delivered to the reader in order and to determine the similarities and differences between the two holy books by comparing the Torah and the Qur'an through the miracles. In the first part of the study, the portrait of the prophet Moses in the Torah was emphasised, the usage areas of the concept of miracle in the Torah were mentioned and the miracles of the Prophet Moses in the Torah were conveyed. In the second part of the study, the miracles of the Prophet Moses in the Qur'an were emphasised by following the same path. While examining the miracles of the prophet Moses in the Qur'an and the Torah, the miracles in both holy books were evaluated under the headings of "before the exodus from Egypt" and "after the exodus from Egypt". In the conclusion part, besides the comparison of the miracles mentioned in common in the two holy books, the findings obtained by evaluating the miracles special to the Torah or special to the Qur'an are also evaluated.
