While transforming free market economy, functions of the banks' importance also is unrejectable reality. Thus works of the trade banks must be well - designed, profitable and fit to bankings regulars. This work is really very struggle and hard especially the countries which are transition ecomomies. This surely requires planning, putting orders and practices. Especially this stiuation extremelly hard and grift for the banks which has lots of branches. İn addition to this situation, by means of markets include risks and competative conditions works of the banks which has lots of branches are getting more and more difficult. Because always to manage, to coordinate, to check all of the branches requires more knowledge and experience. Centripugal management is make this situation more easier. Because, by means of centripugal management, works have been managed more fast, accurate, profitable. At the same time to get these profits necesitate accurate performance evaluation. While evaluating to the performance of the branches must be obey and follow the regulations. For example to log in the data, to follow the one accounting system, to evaluate the accurate profit ammount is most necessary for the evaluating the performance of the banks' branches. There are most of techniques which use to evaluate the performance. These techniques are being carried out to accounting system and its data. This works has got these techniques which evaluate the performance by using the accounting systems' data. For example to match target and actuals data analysis, ratio analysis, to grade analysis are being applied. At the same time this works includes practice which are carried out to Azerbaijan's banking sector's evaluating the performance. By means of this, try to get weak sides of Azerbaijan's banking and how to get better performance level is being observed. VI
