Commercial representative's power of attorney

Commercial agents are those in which the trader exploits his activity in the execution of the trading company. With regard to entrepreneurs, taking into account the volume and activity of trading companies, it may be necessary for agents to benefit from their activities. For this reason, the legislator has treated and regulated the commercial representation belonging to the merchants as a whole. A sales representative is the substitute who is appointed by the entrepreneur with a unilateral declaration of intent. The Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 regulates Articles 547-550, 553 and 554. The representative of the commercial agent is the widest authorized dealer in comparison to the powers of other commercial assistants.
