Mediation in commercial disputes

The ways of disputes resolution under the influence of the developing world have been made compulsory in various fields with the effect of the law-maker in Turkey. Conflicts with the encouragement of peaceful roads are resolved in a shorter time, and the judging expenses are reduced. Mediation, in which we can see the positive effects when used actively, has been made obligatory for business disputes as well as commercial disputes. The short duration of the commercial disputes and the low expenses made the mediation attractive and therefore the agreements of the parties are expected to increase in the mediation stage over time. Mediation in the commercial world; it can be seen as preferred in terms of practicality and impartiality of mediators. Therefore, the application of mediation in commercial disputes needs to be fully understood. This study to shed light on the application of mediation in commercial disputes.
