Abstract (EN)
Within the context of this thesis, whose title is synthesis of TiO2 /Carbon nanotube composits and investigation of anticancer effects, in different procedure parameters and contribution rates, TiO2 and TiO2/MWCNT, in nano measurement, composits were synthesised. The synthesised composits charecterization were realized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM-EDX, BET and Zeta-Sizer equipments. After that, the soles of these TiO2 flours and TiO2/MWCNT nano composits were prepared. These soles were aplicated on MCF-7 (Breast Cancer) and anticancer attributions were investigated them. It is know that. TiO2 shows anticancer attributions under UV light. Though MWCNT' s has high mechanical properties, high elastic modüle, very light and the most durable fiber materials known, show no anticancer action when they used solely. But with this the study anticancer effect is given to MWCNT which has many unsurpassed properities.
