Abstract (EN)

It is important to know ballistic successful of enginering material to select possible less weight of ballistic material which supply protecting at civil and military applications. So ballistic tests are significant part of the armor design. It was investigated in this study about succesful of some steel plate of enginering material against 7.62 mm armor piercing bullet in select distance according to NIJ standarts. TiN strengt was measured before and after filming over. Bullets characteristics were determined. It was reported which method used at filming over. After that, different thickness samples were prapared to show effect of ballistic succesful of target thickness. Bullets going in and out speed were measured during tests. Factors which effect the ballistic succesful were designated after investigation of all samples that not only succesful samples but also unsuccesful samples in the tests.
