Özet (EN)

The dynamic forces that occur in the presses during production are transmitted to the ground with the help of the machine's body. Depending on the strength of the force, oscillation occurs on the ground. In order to isolate these forces, an insulator is placed between the machine and the floor as an insulation element. The isolator has been found to be effective in reducing press floor vibration levels. In the study, vibration models of the system were created to obtain the data, and for this purpose, single degree of freedom and double degree of freedom simulink models were established. In addition, Matlab solutions of differential equations are also made. Soil stiffness was also considered as an important effect in the study. It has been observed that insulator parameters and soil stiffness are effective in the transmission of force to the ground. When the stiffness ratio of the mounting system was selected as 0.01, it was observed that the ground vibration was significantly reduced. It has been observed that the experimental findings and the results obtained from dynamic modeling are close to each other. Experimental results show that the dynamic model proposed here is consistent with the actual working condition of the press and the validity of the dynamic model is verified.
