Abstract (EN)

In this study, thio-schiff base or 2-aryl benzothiazole derivatives were synthesized by a result of condensation reaction with 2-aminothiophenol and benzaldehyde substituents attached to ring at different locations. These ligands under an argon atmosphere and microwave method were synthesized in two different methods. During the reactions effect of the different conditions (solar radiation, catalysts, etc.), which can easily suffered by cyclization of Schiff base and benzothiazole derivatives conversion observed. Then synthesized and illuminated the structure of the compounds, tendency to form complexes with transition metals such as Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ were examined. The structure of synthesized ligands were characterized by instrumental methods such as FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV-vis and fluorescence spectrometry. The antibacterial activities of synthesized ligands and their metal complexes are examined on the Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria by disc diffusion methods.
