Abstract (EN)
In this study, the sensitivity levels of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) populations against to Neonicotinoid group insecticides (acetamiprid, imidacloprid and thiamethoxam ) collected from tomato cultivation areas in Tokat province in 2017 and 2018 were determined by bioassay and biochemical methods. As a result of adult bioaassay probit analysis of eight populations and sensitive populations, the most sensitive and most resistant populations were Guryıldız (RF: 5.64) for acetamiprid, Pazar (RF: 16.82); Zile (RF: 10.02) for Imidocloprid; TOGU campus (RF: 30.93), thiamethoxam for Guryıldız (RF: 4.01), Pazar (RF: 14.94) was found as. In cytochrome P450 enzyme activity, while the highest enzyme level was detected in TOGÜ campus and Pazar, the lowest enzyme level was determined in Central and Niksar populations. In addition to the above studies, residual levels of neonicotinoid insecticides (acetamiprid, imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, clothianidin and thiacloprid) were investigated in 30 tomato samples taken from shopping centers in Tokat. Residue analyzes were performed by LC-MS / MS using the QuEChERS method. As a result of the studies carried out with a total of 30 tomato samples, at least one pesticide residue was found in 16 samples. Samples with residues detected represent 53.33% of the total sample. 1 sample was found to have residues above the Turkish Food Codex (TGK) and European Union (EU) Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs).
