Abstract (EN)

In this study, The Effects of Toxic Leadership Through Organizational Obedience on Counterproductive Work Behaviour and Turnover Intention are analyzed with the survey method. Within the scope of the survey, questions on Toxic Leadership Through Organizational Obedience on Counterproductive Work Behaviour and Turnover Intention have been asked to 501 employees who work in the service sector in Istanbul Province. They have administrative staff, mid-level managers, high-level managers, and business owners. In the analysis part, to achieve quantitative and qualitative outcomes, tangible information regarding. Correlation analysis, regression analysis and interpretation was conducted in order to analyze the data obtained, and concrete information about the research was given. For this purpose, collected data was analyzed and some contributions were made to the relevant literature. When the findings of the study are examined, it is seen that toxic leadership partially affects the intention to quit a job. In addition, it is seen that organizational obedience has an effect on intention to quit, and bad behavior of management has an effect on the members of the organization intention to quit.
