In this thesis study, it is aimed to compare dosimetric doses of target and at-risk organs using Tomotherapy and VMAT treatment techniques in patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma.. Seven patients who were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who had undergone treatment for treatment were taken and the treatment plans were revised for both techniques. The dosimetric data obtained from the results of the planned studies have been examined. The CI and HI values that determine the quality of the treatment planning system for the target volumes are examined. p value is greater than 0.05, there is no significant difference. In the organs at risk, the mean doses for parotis esophagus and cochleas were considered while the maximum doses for brain stem, lenses, optic nerves, chiasm and medulla spinalis were considered. For lenses and cochleas, the p-value was found to be less than 0.05. It has been shown that Tomotherapy has a small dosimetric advantage over VMAT.
