Özet (EN)
According to recent regulations, feasibility study of cogeneration system for buildings, which has equal or more than 20000 m2 construction area, must be done. In this work, case study for a building which satisfy the criteria given in regulations has been performed. For this building, four alternative HVAC systems have been described and application of these systems to the building has been completed. Results have been analysed on the bases of energy and construction costs, by using these analysis, economic HVAC system for sample building has been chosen. After then, cogeneration system has been selected for sample building, alternative HVAC systems and cogeneration systems have been compared with by using present value method. In order to calculate effects of change in fuel, electricity and interest rate in our analysis, sensitivity analysis and risk analysis have been done for cogeneration system.
