Abstract (EN)

Many factors including physical activities, environmental factors and spatial pozitions create pressure on human beings and directly effect workload. In the literature many different methods used to evaluate and determine the workload on workers objectively. In this work, an integrated model which combines both structural equation modeling and analytic network process method to determine the overall workload level. Identifying the dependence among factors is one of the most critical steps in analytic network process. Structural Equation Modeling is used to analyze the relationship among the factors which are defined after doing some research. After the analysis, analytic network process is used to model dependence among factors. Factor weights found by analytic network process are used to determine the overall workload of workers by using an evaluation scale. The application of the proposed model is also shown on 3 work systems in a medium-sized enterprise.
