Total Quality Management foresees changing of allof the company culture starting from individuals to processes.The enterprisesthat knows that the results of Total Quality Management are formed in longterms, are the enterprises which sees a decrease in costs, an increase in jobsatisfaction, a procurement of continous development and an increase in thecustomer satisfaction by the increase in quality.Although it?s a reality known that there?s a set of difficulties in theapplication of Total Quality Management, the uses supplied to theenterprise by Total Quality Management are too much than the difficulties inthe application.The enterprises combining Total Quality Managementphilosophy with the country conditions and the culturel structure will bringthe success together.In this study,Total Quality Management is examined theoratically and it?sexamined as an application model in Gazi Fişek Fabrikası which is theunique and authorized enterprise in our country working about the smallarm ammunition productions as the basic necessities of Turkish ArmyForces. The view of the personnel to Total Quality Management and theadvantages supplied to the enterprise are evaluated by the preparedquestionnaire.
