Abstract (EN)
Secondary health care enterprises in the class of health and dental health hospitals in the health ministry of all patients working in the health care center-oriented, patient - health worker aims to carry the highest level of satisfaction. In order to continue to exist in the field of national and international health, it has to win the support of all customers, both internal and external. In this thesis, the effects of demographic characteristics on patient satisfaction were examined within the scope of the quality management practices that the dental treatment organizations followed in order to achieve these goals. In order to measure these effects, a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions was applied to 360 patients who applied to Denizli Oral and Dental Health Hospital. The survey results were analyzed and interpreted by SPSS statistical analysis method. At the end of the study, the satisfaction levels of the patients were found to be high. It is concluded that this height is related to the time spent by service providers and service receivers.
