Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Quality, management, effective communication, company, total quality management. In the first part of the thesis, Total Quality Management which aims to make administrations work altogether was mentioned as a strategycal management approach assuming that all the workers from the lowest to the upper degree can feel responsibility in the light of common goals. In the second part, it was mentioned that communication is the translation of emotions and attitudes from a person or a group to the others and in addition to effective communication. As for the third part of the thesis, the role of effective communication was mentioned. Effective communication is one of the most important functions of our lives. It is a fact that communication is a necessity in every field. Effective communication is to be able to translate what we want to say in a way that we want, to get the demands and to revive the expected reaction. Total Quality Management has to get benefit from effective management to be understood and to be successful. Effective communication is the unique way of satisfying customers not in the domestic market but also in foreign ones. Unless we communicate in an effective way, aimed benefits can never be obtained even if we make the right decisions. Effective communication is inevitable for the Total Quality Management. We benefit from effective communication to understand and apply Total Quality Management philosophy. With the help of effective communication an increase in the profit of institutions and the right work can be obtained. Common decisions and goals can be accepted and applied more easily. Satisfaction in any job and motivation increase due to the decrease in misunderstandings and disorders. vn
