Abstract (EN)

Keywords: Total Quality Management, Kaizen, Leadership, EFQM Excellence Model. In recent years, "The Total Quality Management" has become a real phenomenon in the business world. Nowadays, not only organisations but also public and private institutions are implementing quality programs. We know that improving the quality of products, services, processes and relationships is a must. The quality of organisations presents, efforts towards better processes and systems. The Total Quality Management (TQM), including the relationships of human-quality- productivity, consists of continuous process improvement activities including each person in an organization, toward improving performance at every level. The activities are finally focused on increased customer's and user's satisfaction. Among the purposes of the TQM are customer's and employee's satisfaction at every level, permanent improvement of organization performance, provide of opportunities global competition in the world. It is largely the mutual trust between management and employees, full commitment on the part of the employees toward the achievement of organizational goals, widely practiced participation through consensus decision-making and successful integration of individuals and organization. The aim of this thesis is to discuss the relationship between the human resource management and the TQM. Additionally, the result of the survey model provides the leadership characteristics of the middle degree authorized employees in the factory of C.P Standart Co. which is located in Hendek/Sakarya. vin
