Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to display the effect of total quality management applied in educational institutions on teachers? motivations.Being rewarded, attending decision making processes, institutions participating in progressive projects and incentives have effects on teachers? motivation. Through these applications effecting teachers? motivations, they see themselves as a part of the institution and they feel that they are important. And this consideration increases teachers? motivation.With the aim of testing this hypothesis, a research has performed on educational institutions in provincial centre of Konya. Data from teachers working in educational institutions is gathered by a survey. Research is done by evaluation of 100 teachers? answers working in 1 public and 2 private schools. In the evaluation of the survey; frequency, t-test, multiple regression, one-way anova and correlation analysis were used.
