Abstract (EN)

In today?s world, both in public and private sectors, one of the major problems that enterprises face is the marketing of goods and services. In marketing the solid products, it is a great advantage that buyers can decide what to purchase through getting information about the products with the help of five senses. On the other hand, with nonphysical services, it is quite hard for buyers to realize the quality level as much as that of solid products.Great advances and developments in the health sector have made a breakthrough. The great success of the private sector in this field drove the public sector to be more industrious. Great competition in the sector has caused a circumstance that is gradually becoming elaborate and that can be projected with higher parameters through satisfaction of patients assumed as customers.Our objective in the study is to identify the contribution of positive effects of advances in marketing performance with the realization of Total Quality Systems on customer satisfaction level of patients.We have tried to present whether or not the satisfaction levels of patients admitted to Yozgat Public Hospital demographically differentiated after the application of quality management systems.Key Words: Marketing, Services Marketing, Total Quality Management, Patient Satisfaction, Yozgat Public Hospital.
