In this study, the phase of the application of Total Quality Management to the factory with conventional treatment methods as amended for MKE Weapon Factory which implemented Total Quality Management is described. The average 3-year period is required for applying Total Productive Maintenance effectively and ensuring fully adaptation to the system. Therefore, TVB was applied to the selected pilot machine. The state after the improvements in bench and pilot applications is compared with the state prior to the application, and the resulting developments have revealed.
