Abstract (EN)

Work life; workers, employers, trade unions and employers , government and administrative institutions, business judgment , international organizations (ILO) as the domestic interior are combined in a lot of stakeholders fairly complex will supply structure. Studies have sustainable means of life of all stakeholders win. However, as much as possible to reduce costs for employers, such as to capture as much share of the products obtained in terms of the sustainability of workers undermines the most basic impulses working life. as soon as possible and in a peaceful way of solving such conflicts between labor unions in collective bargaining relationships with employers or employers' unions, both for the parties it is undoubtedly the best way for the country's economy.
