Abstract (EN)
In the developing World rapidly, not only feasibility and technical implenmentation but also planning and cost management effort shave an increasing importance.In this study, varied cost-planing construction procurement of housing development Project scarried out by Prime Ministry Development (Toki), were invesitigated.For this purpose,work program reviewed based on the contractual time of Project which has quantity and estimation and byusing network diagram.After that, alternative CPM plannings were obtained by reducing different proportion of time.Reducing of time edited according tothebasis of new technological applications. Foreach alternative Project plan, montly manufacture and ration costs were calculated, base Project has been moved to date of delivery by net present value (NPV) method. Additional costs of reducing Project time were reflected as costs of technology, also conserve a mount scorres ponds to the reduction unit time, were adoptedequal tothe eduction of expense.As a result of study; In conclusion, has been determined that to to be the most appropriate solution complete the in 18 months' time specified in the contract and corresponds to the economically most appropriate time of the project. The author semphasise that; prior to the procurement of medium and large scale construction projects, performing time-cost studies has a key at tribute for optimum solutions both national and construction companies, because performing time-cost studies provides minimum cost of production.
