Mobilization and organization of mass housing construction sites and an examination

In this study, mobilization and organization process of a mass housing project is examined.Firstly, various sources about the subject are examined and arranged. Then to appreciate ofthe theoretical arrangements, a big construction site is chosen for examination aboutmobilization and organization.Although the disability of theoretical sources, the experimental knowledge is often used.The examination of the project is arranged also due to the arrangement of the theoreticalarrangements, so that to ease the comparison.Mobilization and organization are like the factory of construction. As the negative effects ofdisorganizations in factories, it is the same in construction. It can be more effective inconstruction, which is among the main sectors. This work aims to solve the problems, withthe help of site examination.The works in process -seem like to be done at the same time, are tried to separated in asystematical way, so that to reduce the complexity of the subject.
