Social criticism and Tahsi̇n Yücel's story people

The study that we have done on the stories of Tahsin Yücel, one of the important authors of Turkish literature in the Republican period, involves of Tahsin Yücel's life and story understanding, social criticism theory,social critism of story people, result and bibliography. In this work entitled Stories people of Tahsin Yücel and Social Criticism "` we see the author making social criticism through to narratives on a large scale. In the book of eight stories mentioned the author is seen in a critical attidute both in terms of the plots of his stories and in the way he embraces these plots. Thus the desire to have this social criticism / social topography, which the author wishes to make with his narratives, also determines the direction and method of the study. In this study, especially the prominent qualities of the characters in the stories are determined according to the methods of social investigation. It is observed that the story of people are in a continuous change and transformation in their social positions, psychological features and occupations.
