Abstract (EN)
In this study it was planned to investigate the identification of the 20 isolated strains that isolated from Ovit Plateau, orchid root soil, determination of the features that promotes the growth of plants, metal tolerances (Fe, Cu, Pb, Ag, Zn), contribution to the germination and growth of corn plants in the presence of copper. It was determined that all the isolations were gram positive-forming bacteria (Bacillus sp.), %85 of them could breed well in the wide range of pH and temperature in the presence of %10 salt, 3 of them had amylase, 11of them had nitrate and strong lecithinase activity. When the features that promote the growth of plants were analized, strong siderophore production at 7 of them, phosphate solubility at 6 of them, ACC deminase at 6 of them and good level of indole asetic acid were observed at most of them. When analised the ability of breeding in the high concentrate of heavy metals(10mm), it was determined that all of them could breed in the presence of iron, 7 of them could breed in the presence of silver, 9 of them could breed in the presence of copper and 15 of them could breed in the presence of lead. For all features, the most appropriate 6 strains were defined as copper MIC and MBC respectively valued between 12.15- 25 and 50-100. It is observed that in the presence of copper they could breed in the wide pH range but the logarithmic time prolonged. The effect of the strains to corn germination success in the presence of copper was investigated and the most suitable strain was choosen as 505y11.By the traditional and moleculer methods, it was defined as Bacillus sp. The effectiveness of the presence and absence of copper to the growth of corn plant and the features of bioremidant absorption was investigated by Atomic Absorbsion analysis. When 5O5Y11 strain evaluated many features were identified as potential biyoremidant/ absorbant strains.
