Abstract (EN)
In this study, approximately different 50 Bacillus sp. strains were isolated from soil in Adana. 9 of these isolated strains were shown to be have an antifungal activity against Alternaria sp., Aspergillus sp., Candida sp., Penicillium sp. and Trametes versicolor. Bacillus sp. AL-1 and Bacillus sp. DN-1 strains were found to be have the most strong inhibition againts all of the fungal test organisms and these strains also showed their activity to the spore germination and mycelial growth of Alternaria sp., Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp.
