Abstract (EN)
In this work a Monte-Carlo based fortran program has been developed in order simulate ÇNAEM/PHYSICS Sub-critical assembly. Parameteres related to SAMES J-15 low energy accelerator and geometry of the assembly are used and factors may influence on the results are taken into account. Expected foil activities after irradiation are determined for different irradiation positions as well as secondary neutron flux and energy distribution during Thorium fuel rods irradiation process.
