Another property of Toyota production system is that, depend on the requests, in the time need, and the quantity and the quality demanded. The works without VAT and unnecessary are tried to be terminated by the system. In addition, it is aimed to work with zero stocks in this system. In every level of production, stocks aren't allowed with completed products. A continuous practice is being provided with the quality circle and kaizen. That's why the ideas of the employers are taken care of simplifying the organisation; the act and the motivation of the stuff is being risen. In addition some more social rights are provided to the workers. The value of human being is becoming more important in this way.
