Abstract (EN)

In this study alloy powders, which have avarage size of 95 µm and have been produced with gas atomisation method belonging to the commercial AA 2014 alimunium alloy, have been used. After that these powders have been pressed and heat treated , aging heat treated and have been undergone wear process.Powders have been turned into samples in the one way cold press under 800 MPa press pressure. Pressed samples have been heat treated between 2 and 24 hours at 550?C. After that wear behaviours have been investigated depending on the time of heat and aging treatment. The effects of aging time on hardness have been determined by comfirming the hardness of samples applied heat treatment and aging heat treatment. It has been observed that as the time of heat treatment increases , the time of aging heat treatment increases and depending on that it has been an incredible increase on the values of hardness. The samples aplied heat treatment in 2 ,6,8 days at 600 °C have been confirmed that wear losses depending on the wear slide distance are less with time increases of heat treatment until the first 400 m slide distance. It has been realized that the least wear loss over 400 m has been on the samples heat treated 6 days.
