Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, NiTiCu powder metal alloys in three different compositions were produced with hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process of powder metalurgy technique. Microstructures of the produced alloys were investigated by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). Due to changes of the alloy percentages after HIP technic, alloys rates were determined by using energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) results received from least two different zones. Thermal properties of alloys were investigated by using a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Density of the alloys were measurement with Archimedes? principle. Quantities of porosity were determinedAlso microhardness values were determined by using FM-700 design vicker hardness measurement. It seems that, when cooper quantity increase while density is also increasing and microhardness and porosity are decreasing.
