This study has 3 main chapter On the purpose of evaluating the entrepreneurial profiles of Each city of TR72 (Kayseri, Sivas and Yozgat) which has been divided into 26 region according to NUTSII criteria. In the first chapter is told about the notions of Entrepreneurship. In the second chapter the development agencies is told. In the third chapter in case application and findigs take part as part of study. The sample of the study is the region of TR72. Sample includes the Applied Entrepreneurship Course which has been realized with the cooperation of Middle Anatolia Development Agency and Small and Medium Industry Development Organization based on a volunteer basis and it consists of 321 trainees. As a conclusion of study, many of participants agrees with the idea of ownership of ownaffairs is the great ideals and the participants do not want to work in jobs where they can not earn money.
