Özet (EN)
This research is an aeropalynolojical study performed in Trabzon in the period of February 1th, 2005 ? January 30th, 2006 and it is aimed to help physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of airbone pollen grains causing allergic diseases. Samples which came from Aktoprak and Besirli in Trabzon have been analyzed at two different stations by using the Durham-gravimetric method?s application. The amount of the pollen grains in Trabzon atmosphere per certain area has been measured as cm2 units with respect to the specified area within daily, weekly and monthly periods by the help of the microscope slides placed in the Durham instrument and the obtained results are shown through graphics. A total 33 taxa of 19 trees and scrubs, and of 14 herbaceous plant, have been determined in the research area. 30 taxa have been identified at both stations; the proportion of Betulaceae, Poaceae, Corylus L., Alnus L., Leguminosae, Cupressaceae, Pinaceae and Oleaceae pollens in Aktoprak and Betulaceae, Artemisia L., Leguminosae, Pinaceae, Poaceae and Carpinus L. pollens in Beşirli have been shown at the highest ratio. The increase in the temperature, vii wind speed and relative humidity rates have affected the amount of pollens positively and also effected the precipitation negatively. The results are compared with the meteorological factors. The monthly pollen calender is prepared. Key Words : Pollen, atmosphere, Trabzon
