Özet (EN)
In this research, the bioclimatic status of the metropolis of Trabzon was investigated and the role of natural elements (land cover, water, plants) and the current urban land use (urban land use) were investigated in thermal heat island changes. Satellite image bands 10 and 11 and OLI1 and TIRS2 devices on Landsat 7, 8, and meteorological ground measurement stations were used for data analysis. Single band classes were used to examine the intermediate temperature distribution in the comfort value areas of the province of Trabzon and to determine the local effects of urban heat. After that, we used the spatial correlation test on Land Surface Temperature (LST) to investigate the presence or absence of the correlation between Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Difference Built up Index (NDBI), Normalized Difference Bareness Land Index (NDBaI), and Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) and the urban heat island. A significant correlation was found between the urban comfort values and the results of Trabzon's urban comfort values. As a result of evaluating image analysis showed that the city's urban islands are affected by the presence of industrial cities, dense structures, unstructured urban development and mountain topography in the northern regions of the city. In addition, there is a relationship between land surface temperature and Trabzon's vegetation index that reduced vegetation is thought to cause an increase in the surface temperature of the city.
