Abstract (EN)
Electrical energy conveys with transmission mains from one place to other one place. Electrical energy conveys by different tension levels and communicates to costumers. The tension levels regulate by transformers. Because of microprocessors and computer technologies nowadays used in electrical energy transmission and distribution systems like many fields provide to operating these systems as higher quality, more accredited, speedier and more efficient. For producing, conveying and distributing this energy, the quality of electrical energy mainly bounds up to using last technologies best fitted apparatus. To conveying uninterrupted and possible least interrupted energy to customers, the most important factors are continuously following to wide an field outspreaded systems and with localizing the faults most speedily correcting its. In transformer centers as with the aims of protecting and controlling the transmission and distribution systems used microprocessor technologies produced digital relays, following these systems and intervene the system become easier. In this thesis work had given place to an application which directed to with a web page observing and controlling the digital protection and scaling units which used on the electrical distribution mains and transformer centers.
