Three point hook practice linkage system for tractors designed and manufactered

The aim of this study is to develop and design the ?Hook Type 3 Point Practice Hitch Mechanism?, long-lasting and more economical, which makes easier to accelerate the process of installation and its prototype production having an important role in agricultural mechaniation equipment mounted in the back of tractor. First of all, for this purpose, national and international hitch mechanisms used were studied and the current situation in research was also determined by the relevant patent. On the one hand, the design and the product development process on the other hand, the test of production and verification of the prototype were carried out in three basic stages. Based on the alternative design, in accordance with the prototype design, the product of the prototype and the adequacy of the protoype produced were determined to meet the objectives desired. In this respect, new lower hook design were similar to CA 2 499 452 Canada Patent and EP 0 937 592 EU Patent and TR 2008/01478 Turkey Patent. As to new upper hook design were similar to EP 1 403 101 A1 Euro Patent and US 4 050 715 A and US 4 023 822 A USA. Compared to these patents new lower hook has a cam action and parts more regular as geometric and this created a difference in both functionality and cost. Upper hook locking mechanism were developed. It were ensured that the two design had property for take a patent. For this purpose, as a result of studies carried out in the hook system, consists of four categories with reference of the first category 2; as a type of materials in mold manufacturing, the 2.344 pieces of hot-work steel and as a type of material in hook body, 1040 stell were used; as a form of processing, the forging was carried out; the spring mechanisms in the hook mechanism and the other mechanism systems were developed, the principles of operation of the prototype like lock, untie, etc. has been manufactered to ensure that this mecanism is superior to others and the process of transaction through the patent for this product is started.The prototype obtained ?three point hitch mechanism? with different features mentioned above meet the requirements significants on the market and is able to find a large of proportion of the commercial market.Key Words : Linkage Systems for Tractors, Three point linkage system
