Excavations were carried out in the ancient city of Tralleis, located in the Kemer district of Aydin, during the 2007 excavations, in the area to the west of the city and calles the Western Necropolis. During these studies, a total of 39 graves were unearthed. These tomb types are of nine different types: two storey and two room chamber tomb with dromos, stone cist tomb, situla tomb, amphora tomb, urn tomb, roof tiled tomb, simple earth tomb, pithos tomb and platform tomb. Tralleis, located in the Kemer district of Aydin province is one of the important ancient cities of Caria Region. In the researches and studies carried out in the city to date, important information has been obtained about the historical structure, geographical location and art of the city. Especially in the two storey and two roomed region in the Western Necropolis, the presence of this type of multü-rommede chamber tomb, which attracts attention with finds, and the presence of different types of tombs make the ancient city of Tralleis stand out with its tomb and necropolis architecture in the Caria Region. Although the original architectural structures and finds of the Tralleis Western Necropolis tombs have undergone some changes, the tombs and the finds found in them provide information on the burial architecture, burial traditions and regional art of the Hellenistic, Roman and Late Periods. In the first part of our study, the political history, geography and research history of ancient city of Tralleis were comprehensively evaluated. Then, the general structure of the toms found in the necropolis area was mentioned, then the tomb architecture, plan, technical and material features were explained and evaluated together with other comparison examples found in the region. In addition, the tomb gifts found in these were determined, and each tomb was evaluated as a context. The find unearthed in the toms werre explained under a seperate heading, classified according to their types and forms, and then Prof. Dr. anthropology reports prepared by Yaşar İşcan and his team were rearranged and evaluated. Finally, information is given about the relationship of graves owners, the cult of the dead and the rituals seen in Western Necropol. After the evaluation of the finds found in the tombs was completed, a bibliography related to thesis was created, the finds were numbered and their drawings and photographs were completed their catalogs were made. In addition to identifying the finds in the catalog arrengement, comparisons were made by making use of similar examples and finds were dated by looking at their style features.
