Abstract (EN)
In this study, a system is designed for remote-control of circuit-breakers at transformer stations. For this purpose over-current and residual current data are obtained by MC30. Exchange of information between transformer stations and control center are made by using data line.GSM system is also used as alternative of data line for transmission of information. RS232/RS485 converter is used for getting able to the information from role and for remote controlling of circuit-breakers in transformer stations by commanding to role. The coming information are evaluated in a computer area which all of the points the connected to computer and modem on line is monitored. Then, remote control of circuit-breakers in transformer stations is realized by sending the required commands to role with MsCOM 2 software. In addition, by getting an extra output, manager?s cell phone is sent the information when the system is turned off.
