Abstract (EN)
In recent years, the use of pesticides and varieties has increased in agriculture. Pesticide varieties are frequently used to increase the yield in agriculture. However, these pesticide varieties used harm the ecological cycle every day. Taking this into consideration, the herbicide type is tribenuron methyl; To investigate the effects of zebrafish on embryo cells, teratological studies were performed in this study. In this study with 1,8 mg/L, 0,9 mg/L, 0,4 mg/L, 0,2 mg/L ve 0,1 mg/L doses, morphological disorders were observed in zebrafish embryos and larvae. The teratological effects were monitored for 5 days. As a result of this study, tribenuron methyl application was found to be toxic in embryo cells.
