Applied trimethobenzamide to pregnant rats, timokinon effect on neonatal liver tissue

Özet (EN)

Some of pregnancy seen in, there are a number of anti-emetic drugs used against nausea and vomiting. In the present study trimethobenzamide antiemetic in pregnant rats and liver from newborns timokino aimed to investigate the effect of antioxidant with potential impacts. We used 30 Wistar albino rats, 240-280 grams in our study. Pregnant rats with the first day of pregnancy; control group, 1.group 5mg/kg/day trimethobenzamide, 2. group 10mg/kg/day trimethobenzamide, 3.group 1ml of water at 50 mg/kg/day soluble TQ, 4.group 5mg/kg/day trimethobenzamide+TQ, 5.group 10mg/kg/day trimethobenzamide+TQ, they were divided 6 into groups. Following the pregnancy of rats 11 days intramusculary 5mg/kg/day and 10mg/kg/gün doses given trimethobenzamide, while the rats that were given TQ administration by gavage way during pregnancy. Three days after birth, the body weight was weighed. Three days after birth, mother and newborn rat livers were removed. Light microscope and electron microscope were examined tissues. Biyochemical in ALT, AST, CAT, SOD and MDA test were performed. 10mg / kg dose given trimethobenzamide, liver mother vacuolar and granular degeneration structural changes in the mononuclear cell infiltration leads. Newborn rats liver iver 10 mg/ kg dose results in the oil droplets is numerically larger trimethobenzamide we also observed that granular and vacuolar degeneration. TQ is correct that the antioxidant properties of mother to liver damage. However, the biochemical data could obtain statistical significance.
